Lindra carried out an HR optimization scan for Creactiv in order that we had a correct overview of salaries, benefits, regulations, ... and could make adjustments based on this. They set up this whole process for us, they also provided the necessary adjustments and this created a lot of clarity for us but also ensured that we could grow in the right way. Of course it is logical that when they have taken care of something so beautiful, we have also taken the step towards Lindra with our entire payroll processing and now only have one point of contact for all this.
